2013 Ellsworth Rod and Gun Pheasant Program ** Work nights**
Due to weather conditions the work nights have been changed to: Wednesday May 8th @ 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Wednesday May 15th @ 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Work night info: - We will be redoing portions of the bottom fence, so shovels, wheelbarrows, and/or a skid loader would be great to bring. If bringing a skid loader please let me know prior so we don't have multiples there.
- Repairing the netting connection to the building. For this we will need hammers.
- Repairing the door latch on the building.
- We may do some tree pruning around the pens so the appropriate tools will be needed.
- We also need to seal the roof on the building, there are a few leaks that need to be addressed.
- A couple of hours on a work night can go a long way.

Notice is hereby given that the Ellsworth Rod and Gun Club’s Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at the American Legion located in Ellsworth, Wisconsin. The doors will open at 6:00 p.m. and the meeting will commence promptly as 6:30 p.m. Dinner will follow thereafter.
As of today’s date, there are no membership openings available; however, Sporting Memberships are available which require a $25 initiation fee and a $35 annual membership fee. Please inform those who may be interested to submit a letter or direct questions to any Board Member by December 31, 2012 for consideration.

Please join us on September 15, 2012 to help us raise funds used for conservation of fish and wildlife habitat and to raise and release 4000 pheasants annually.
This banquet features silent auctions, various raffles, games and door prizes. A sit down dinner will be served in two sittings, 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
